We want you to feel confident ordering from Honey for Healing®.

Returns
Because our products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective.

If you would like to request a return for an unopened and unused item, please contact us at info@honeyforhealing.combefore sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, when helpful, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Honey for Healing® or the order arrived damaged or defective.
