Honey for Healing® began with an accident that changed everything.
After a serious cycling fall, our founder discovered New Zealand Manuka honey while caring for his own skin. As a New Zealander, he was able to connect with Dr. Peter Molan, the scientist whose research helped bring international attention to Manuka honey. That experience inspired the first Honey for Healing product: our Wound Cream.
From there, the line grew from real-life needs. Lip Balm followed as a simple way to bring Manuka honey into everyday care for one of the skin’s most delicate areas. Later, a persistent skin irritation sparked months of experimentation and ultimately led to Reviver Intensive Moisturizing Cream.
